Hi there!

We are Sara and Alberto, founders of ADELA THE STUDIO.

For years we dreamed of launching our own project, but we didn't have a clear vision or concept in mind. After many years together, we noticed we were drawn to the same pieces, the same cuts, even swapping clothes every day. That’s when we realized: that's it, that's our brand.

Unisex clothing and timeless designs inspired by 90s minimalism, that combines quality fabrics and local and ethical production. That's ADELA, that's our vision and our commitment.

PRODUCTION

Every ADELA garment is 100% crafted in Spain in small, experienced workshops. Most of our pieces are produced in a women-led social enterprise that creates job opportunities for those in need. Whereas our knitwear is lovingly crafted in a family-run workshop, where every stitch is made with dedication and care.

Supporting local workshops not only ensures the highest quality, but also helps preserve these trades while promoting honest and sustainable jobs.

MATERIALS

Most of our first collection is crafted with deadstock fabrics, which are unused textiles and leftovers from larger fashion labels. By giving new life to these fabrics, we avoid unnecessary production, minimize environmental waste, and turn limited resources into exclusive, curated pieces you won’t find anywhere else.

On the other hand, our knitwear it's made of yarn from one of the top italian spinning mills, that meet the Responsible Wool Standard (ICEA certified), ensuring animal welfare and sustainable land management throughout the supply chain.

We believe we can inspire change in the fashion industry by making sustainable choices more accessible. Through timeless design, ethical production, and fair pricing, we want to offer pieces that feel good to wear and good to stand behind. After all we believe that fashion, like anything good in life, should be made slowly, consciously and passionately. And most of all, it should be something to be shared.
