Shipping Policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY TIMES

We will aim to ship your order within 1-3 business days from time of purchase (Mon - Fri). During a release or busy holiday periods, this may take up to 10 business days. 

Pre-order waiting times are an estimate and may vary a few days or weeks.

We ship all orders via FedEx, with an estimated delivery of 1-4 business days within Europe, 3 to 4 business days to the U.S.** and Canada, & 3 to 5 business days to Asia-Pacific and the rest of the world. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination and local customs procedures, and delays may occur especially during peak season, being these situations out of our control or responsibility.

CUSTOMS & TAXES

For shipments outside the European Union, any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees are not included in our prices. The customer is fully responsible for paying these charges upon delivery, if applicable.

- Rest of Europe: Albania, Andorra, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom (except Northern Ireland), Vatican City.

- Rest of the world: Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Egypt, Indonesia, Israel, Japan, Malasya, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Philipines, Hong Kong SAR, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Thailand, Taiwan, UAE, United States, Uruguay, Vietnam. 

COSTS & FREE SHIPPPING

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based upon the weight of your order and the destination country.

We offer free shipping on qualifying orders:

- Mainland Spain: Free shipping

- Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta & Melilla: Orders over €290.

- Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Greece, France, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Portugal, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Vatican City: orders over €290.  

- US, rest of Europe & rest of the world: orders over €500.

- UK (excluding Northern Ireland): Minimum order 135 GBP. Free shipping in orders over 250 GBP.
