Returns
We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- To initiate a return, please contact hello@adelathestudio.com with your order details.
- The return shipping costs are responsibility of the customer. These costs will be deducted from the total refund amount once the return has been processed.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, with all tags intact, and free from any odors (such as perfume) or other signs of wear.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Costs:
The return label rates will be calculated based on the weight of the items you are returning.
If you prefer not to use our return rates, you are welcome to arrange your own shipping service. In this case, customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs, and all items must be sent to the address provided. Please ensure that any customs forms are clearly marked as “RETURNED GOODS”, as we cannot accept returns with unpaid duties, customs charges, or fees. Please note that we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost or damaged while being returned.
If the customer selects a delivery point and the parcel is not collected within the especfied time, the return shipping costs that might apply are responsibility of the customer. These costs will be deducted from the total refund amount once the return has been processed.
