RETURN CONDITIONS
We hope you love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days from the date of delivery. Returns shipped after the 14-day return window, will not be processed and the customer will be contacted for next steps.
To initiate a return, please contact hello@adelathestudio.com with your order number detailing the items you are sending back and the reason.
Unfortunately, we do not offer traditional exchanges at this time. You will have to return your item for a refund. In the meantime, or once the refund has been processed, you can order your preferred item.
Please be aware that outbound shipping fees from your original order are not refundable.
Any items marked as FINAL SALE are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused with all tags intact, and free from any odors (such as perfume) or other signs of wear. We reserve the right to refuse any return that shows signs of wear or does not meet our return criteria.
All leather bags must be returned to us in pristine condition. If you do not intend to keep the bag or are simply trying it out, please keep all wrapping and protective packaging in the inside of the bag; this includes any stuffing and protective covers. Any bags returned to us that are creased or damaged due to inadequate packaging or care will be rejected and returned to you.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), please allow up to 10 working days for us to process it. We will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several business days for the refund to appear in your account.
RETURN COSTS
The return label rates will be calculated based on the weight of the items you are returning. All our returns labels are insured and tracked. These costs will be deducted from the total refund amount once the return has been processed.
If you prefer not to use our return rates you are welcome to arrange your own shipping service under the following terms & conditions:
- Customers are responsible for the return shipment and all items must be sent to the address provided. Returns shipped to a pick-up location will be returned to the sender and we won't be able to refund you.
- Customers must provide a tracking number and include our contact information among the shipping information to ensure the proper tracking and receipt of the return. Otherwise, if the package ends up being returned to the sender we won't be able to refund you.
- We recommend sending all returns via a tracked and insured service so if anything goes wrong in transit, you will be covered by your chosen courier. Please be aware that we are not liable for items that are lost or damaged during transit.
- If you are returning an item from outside the EU, please be aware that you are responsible for completing and including all necessary customs documentation. Please note that we do not cover customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees associated with returns, and we are not responsible for packages held, delayed, or refused due to incorrect or missing documentation. If you need guidance on completing customs paperwork, we recommend checking with your local post office or shipping carrier. Please mark any customs documents as "RETURNED GOODS", as any returns we receive with unpaid duties, customs, or fees will be rejected.Any returns we receive with unpaid duties, customs, or fees will be rejected.
If the customer cancels the order once shipped, does not collect the parcel at their address or selected delivery point within the especified time, or declines the package due to customs payments or other reasons, the return shipping costs that might apply are responsibility of the customer. These costs will be deducted from the total refund amount once the return has been processed.
